High first-pass yield, low field failures, and strict adherence to standards such as ISO, IPC, and automotive/medical certifications. Robust production planning and supply-chain control so customers get stable output even when component markets are volatile.

Keeping up operations stable and improving despite technical, supply-chain, or cost challenges. Continuous problem solving online (DFM reviews, root cause analysis, corrective actions) to eliminate recurring defects instead of accepting rework as usual. Long-term commitment to customers through sustained support, redesigns, and lifecycle management, even when products face shortages or regulatory changes.

Progress is about ongoing advancement of technology, processes, and skills to stay ahead of OEM expectations. Investing in automation, Industry 4.0, AI based inspection, and digital twins to increase throughput and traceability. Upgrading capabilities (fine pitch SMT, high power EV boards, IoT, wearables) and upskilling teams so newer product generations can be industrialized faster.
