About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for active/passive/electromechanical components and box build items.
• Execute BOM-based procurement with optimal pricing, lead time, and MOQ management.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Planning for vendor qualification, sample approvals, and delivery alignment.
• Drive cost optimization through alternate sourcing, value engineering, and continuous price benchmarking.
• Manage supplier performance on OTD, quality, and commercial metrics; resolve supply, logistics, and quality issues.
• Maintain sourcing records, ERP data accuracy, and supplier compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical (or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in EMS/PCBA sourcing and procurement.
• Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP/Odoo/MS Dynamics), Excel, and BOM/AVL analysis.
• Knowledge of import processes, customs documentation, RoHS/REACH, and global component sourcing trends.
